Due to the combination of the storm and the holiday Friday's trash pick up was cancelled. Collection for Friday residents will resume on Friday, January 10th. As a result residents will be allowed to place out extra barrels/bags for this week's pick up.
The DPW Complex, 10 Lewiston St. (off Rodman St.) Drop Off Center also accepts household trash, recycling and cardboard free of charge Monday-Friday 7:30am - 2:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am - 11:45am for City residents.
A textile trailer (bedding, clothing, curtains etc. - please bag) and book drop off are also available on site free of charge.
Bulky items may be disposed of for a fee.
