Effectively January 1, 2019, to report an abandoned vehicle, please click here: https://www.oaklandca.gov/services/oak311 and select Parking – Abandoned Vehicle. You may also download the OAK311 mobile app, which is now available in the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android.
If you are reporting a suspected stolen vehicle, or a vehicle is blocking your driveway and preventing you from entering or exiting, please contact the Oakland Police Non-Emergency line at 510-777-3333.
Note that phone calls and voicemails are no longer available options for reporting abandoned vehicles.
