Called it. One tag led to a second. Then a third. Then a fourth. Now it's a full fledged graffiti wall. Real shame. It's a nice brick building. Submitted this before on 14 March (Issue ID: 4236814) and it was referred to code enforcement but squat wasn't done to remedy. Now it's a hot mess. Please enforce the codes and crack down on the people that create such graffiti. West Oakland is not their canvas to mark their territory. Would be a delight if Oakland took this seriously.
