Opis

Large branch on street tree needs to be removed before it falls on someone. Tree's overall health is questionable and should be examined.

Address has been updated.
Also called in to Tree Line although now they say everything belongs on SCF.

You should call the New Haven parks Department. Tree Line: 203-946-8004. this site is rarely checked by City officials

SeeClickFix has been used by some departments on a daily basis for a long time, but you are correct that some departments have not checked it frequently in the past. That has now changed, and tree trimming is a good example. As of two weeks ago, Parks Department uses SeeClickFix exclusively to track issues - if you call the tree line, they will simply enter the issue onto SeeClickFix.

Mr Smuts - I applaud you for making the Parks Dept workflow more transparent. I do no notice that resident requests for trimming do not seem to receive the same priority as those entered by the Parks Dept, could this be b/c you are working on a back-log of requests ?
