I've got the same problem. The green light seems to be timed. The light will green at 5:31 and then it will be 5 minutes later or 2-3 turns of the light before it will allow the green for north bound Hamilton. I try to time my morning commute based on the light. What a pain.

found phase 8 and phase 1 loop call in wires were switched. made corrections and the intersection is working properly now
