    Hi, I'd posted this a while ago on and have been in multiple communications with the town about somehow adding more pedestrian safety crossing measures for crossing Archer road. Because of the low sight distance and high speed of cars coming off the highway ramp - it is sometimes difficult and rushed for pedestrians crossing this intersection. I really feel this intersection should have signs such as "pedestrian crossing" or a pedestrian crosswalk light. With traffic growth due to new and busier businesses in this area - cars are are driving faster and in higher quantities. Would love to see something, anything, done to improve pedestrian safety and comfort across Archer Road. I have also been told it's a state intersection. But since it lies in Windsor, it's up to the town and residents to ask for this. If there is someone else (state) I should reach out to with this request, please let me know.

    Very uneven section of the field side of the lane here - where the water is puddled.

    I went over this on the weekend in our Honda civic. I was within the lines of the lane and didn't notice the dip in the pavement. It made a loud noise and I felt the bump significantly. I believe I was within 5 mph of the speed limit. I'm pretty sure the car is out of balance now- the steering wheel shakes a little on the highway now. Such a bummer to have this happen - this should definately be fixed!!

    Dirt and rocks on both sides of the road extending a quarter mile out of the construction site. Roadside construction sites have less dirt than this! This has been reported by phone and email as well and supposedly being swept each day... but I see it in the morning on my commute too....

    Joseph lane was closed for 2 years during construction while Amazon was constructed. It's now recently open and debris lines the fence there. Also noticed 5 of these trucks parked there today. If amazon wants to block off Joseph Lane for 2 years and additionally is using it as a parking lot, it should also be responsible for the trash piling up there.

    A pedestrian or car could easily hit these wires. Please fix it or add caution tape until it can be repaired? I assume these wires are in use?

    Hi, We have lived in our home for over 10 years now. This year we are noticing a motor-like humming sound that comes and goes. We would like to request that the source of this sound is identified. The sound started about a month ago (after all the leaves fell). We are wondering if the sound is coming from the new developments on Kennedy Road - and we can hear it now because the leaves aren't muffling the sound. Please help. The sound is thru-ought the day and night and can be heard from the upstairs northeast part of our house - yet we can't hear the sound outside, but it sounds like outside sounds. it's very odd and annoying. Please advise. Thank you.

    The pedestrian right of.way is very narrow and poorly lit under the bridge. A sidewalk under the bridge or wider space for bikers/runners would be a nice addition here.

    Businesses have standards for curbside landscaping... does this meet them? The construction fence is down. Would love to know what the landscaping plans are here. It's very basic. The previous farmlands and barns that existed here had better esthetics. This looks so plain and boring.

    This is going to be ice very soon.... and a waste of water. Sprinkles aren't really needed right now as the weather cooled off and we recently had rain.

    2 new businesses here. The first business built a plain sidewalk and there is no curbside landscaping and always visible garbage. The second business built a nicely curved sidewalk and planted trees, bushes and evergreens. It looks 👌 😍 🙌. If windsor is going to be a hub for corporations, that are replacing scenic farmland, it's vital to uphold high curbside esthetics. This is the first impression of Windsor for visitors coming off the highway.

    The sidewalk here is blocked by a car, and we had to go around the sidewalk in the "wrong way" for bikers to travel with traffic, to get around it.
