    The property of 15 Lang has left leaves curbside for several months. After the snow event leaves are on roadway, sideway and obstructing water flow to catch basin. It is hazardous to walk on the side way and to try to cross the crosswalk due to the amount of leaves left by 15 Lang. It is the only side of the road that allows safe walking to NWP and for the school children to the Hitchpost bus stop.

    The signal for the pedestrian crossing is completely out, and has been since Wednesday night. There is no response when pressing the button. Neither the light nor the audio signal are working. I cross at that intersection several times a week, and I happen to know there is a blind person who has the same route, so the missing audio signal is a special concern.
