The Windsor Health Department has spoken to Dollar Tree management about this complaint. They are aware of the noise ordinance requirements and will confirm with their lawn care contractor that any domestic power equipment shall be operated within the 7am-9pm time periods Monday through Saturday. This issue will be closed in SCF, and we will continue to monitor the area for any potential violations of the noise ordinance. If their are any further noise issues in this area, they shall be reported as new issues in SCF and the Windsor Health Department will take the appropriate action as necessary.
