Description

The elevators in the City-owned Center Street Garage are constantly broken nearly every week. Even when they are 'repaired' the same or different set of elevators break down the next week. Also, some elevators don't have working the floor # displays and the LED screen and just shows up as '2V' as an error code. Some pushbuttons do not light up on the floor when pressed. The parking facility was completely rebuilt just 5-years ago and seem to be constantly broken. Garage commuters rarely see more than 2 of the 4 elevators working on a given week.
