Description

The chain link fence am around the Ashby Bart area at milk and Ashby has been damaged so that a big metal tube now sticks out at eye level. Somebody wrapped it with a plastic bag to make it more visible but this is still a hazard. The fence needs to be repaired, its parts re-seated in the ground and rejoined higher up.
