Description

The new protected bikeway on Milvia from Blake to Hearst is great, but the concrete curbs are pretty low-visibility and I've heard from a few people who ran into them and fell while biking after dark.

Parts of the curbs are painted, but they need to be fully painted throughout, with reflectors installed on both ends of each curb and flex posts at every intersection.
