Something needs to be done on Dover street. Multiple cars have been hit while parked on the street and every incident i have been aware of in the past year has been a hit and run. My car was totaled in a hit and run 2 months ago while parked outside of my house the day after my neighbors car came back from being in the shop after being hit. Another car was hit tonight. Cars speed down the street to try and make the stop light. We need a speed bump or 1 side parking only. This is INSANE.
